What we collect
- Your Google profile: name, email address, profile picture, and Google account ID. We receive these when you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password and request no other Google data.
- Your time log: the buckets you create and the time you record against them.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and a short-lived cookie that remembers an invite link you opened. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
How it is used
Only to run the app: to sign you in, save your log so it follows you across devices, and show your group's dashboard.
What your group can see
People in your group see your name, profile picture, and your up time versus downtime, including whether you are up or down right now. They see your individual bucket names and times only if you turn on sharing in settings. You start in a private group of your own and share with others only by sending or accepting an invite link. You can leave a group at any time.
Who else gets it
Nobody. Your data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything other than running Workday Clock. It is stored with our hosting provider, Railway.
Deleting your data
Email nicolasgarymiller@gmail.com to have your account and everything stored with it deleted, or with any question about this page.
